Basement Window Installation
Cutting out openings for the installation of basement egress windows is our specialty. This may include excavation to weeper, installation of stone for drainage, drainage pipes and window wells (*if the window is below grade), lintel installation if required, installation of new window including foam insulation, repair of brick work around window if needed, exterior aluminum capping and caulking around window.

Interior and exterior framing for new windows, including repair of brickwork above and around windows as well as chimney repairs.
Core Drilling
We core drill using diamond drill bits, ranging from sizes of 2″ – 10″ in diameter
Basement Waterproofing
We provide interior crack sealing for leaky basement foundations.

A lot of careful thought goes into how each job will be done
From start to finish we make sure the excavation and removal of old existing windows is done carefully so that when the job is finished the outside of your house will be looking as good or better than when we started.
Window well installation is required for egress windows.
We make sure to dig right down to the footing and install a perforated pipe filled with stone tied into the weeper to prevent water build up. Once the window is in place we then install a window well based on the size of the window.
Brick Repair
We make sure to install a steel lintel above the basement window to support the weight of the bricks above. This required removing the first row of brick above the window, then we install the steel lintel at least 6″ larger than the opening on each side of the window. Once the lintel is in place, we re brick and mortar the bricks back in above the window.
Other brick repair services we offer include installing steel lintels above windows that don’t have them. You can notice there is no steel lintel above your window when the bricks begin to drop. We also repair and replace old bricks that have rotted away. We also offer parging services and mortar repair.
